Onion Varieties We Export

Agrifound Dark Red

This variety produces dark red, globular bulbs with tight skin and moderate pungency. The crop matures in 90–100 days post-transplanting and yields an average of 300 quintals per hectare (q/ha).

Agrifound Light Red

Known for its attractive light red bulbs, this variety has thick inner scales and a globular shape. It matures in 110–120 days, delivering an average yield of 300–350 q/ha.

NHRDF Red

Suitable for cultivation in Northern, Central, and Western India during the rabi season, this variety produces dark red, globular bulbs. The crop matures in 110–120 days and yields 250–300 q/ha.

Agrifound White

Recognized for its white, globular bulbs with silvery tight skin, this variety matures in 110–120 days and yields 250–300 q/ha. It’s recommended for late Kharif and rabi seasons in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan.

Agrifound Rose

This variety features deep scarlet-red, slightly flattened bulbs. It matures in 95–110 days and provides an average yield of 250–300 q/ha. Suitable for Kharif cultivation in Cuddapah (Andhra Pradesh) and for year-round cultivation in Karnataka.

Agrifound Red

Ideal for Kharif and rabi seasons in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala, this variety produces clusters of light red bulblets, usually 5–6 per cluster.

Pusa Ratnar

Pusa Ratnar onions are red, globular, and semi-exposed at maturity. They are less pungent with average storage capacity. Matures in rabi season and yields 30 tonnes/ha.

Pusa Red

These onions have bronze-red bulbs that range from flat to globular in shape. They mature in 140–145 days and are ideal for export purposes, especially in late Kharif and rabi seasons in Maharashtra.

Pusa White Round

This variety features white bulbs, round to flat in shape. The crop matures in 130–135 days and is known for good storage quality.
